Billing Assistant

Eloware

• Process billing for domestic and international customers. • Register and maintain contracts. • Manage system license releases and register time bank entries in Iniflex. • Apply adjustments (monthly, annual, hourly rate, budget table). • Register accounts on clients' platforms and manage platform access. • Support the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring all billings align with contracts and commercial terms. • Support analyses (international clients, quotations). • Handle and manage tickets through the Orquestra platform. • Provide customer service and support via email, phone and WhatsApp. • Draft and update internal procedures as needed. • Other duties related to the role.

Job Requirements

  • Previous billing experience, preferably in the services sector.
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems.
  • Basic Excel knowledge.
  • Higher education in progress or a technical degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Continuous learning mindset and ability to adapt to standardized processes.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Good time and priority management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and companies simultaneously.
