Hinter dem Produkt steht eine etablierte Product Unit mit rund 150 Mitarbeitenden sowie ein Beratungsteam mit 30 Spezialisten. Im Billing-Team arbeitest du direkt mit zwei erfahrenen Experten zusammen, betreust überwiegend Bestandskunden und hast kurzen Weg zu Entscheidungen bei gleichzeitig hoher fachlicher Tiefe: - Du berätst Stadtwerke bei der Umsetzung und Optimierung ihrer Abrechnungsprozesse in der NTS.suite. - Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse und entwickelst konkrete Lösungen für Billing, Tarifierung und Abrechnung. - Du setzt Anforderungen um und begleitest Projekte von der Analyse über Tests bis zur produktiven Nutzung. - Du unterstützt Kunden im laufenden Betrieb bei komplexen Fragestellungen und Fehleranalysen. - Du planst und führst Workshops sowie Schulungen für Anwender und Key User durch.
