Administrative, Financial Intern

• Support the control and organization of accounts payable and receivable; • Assist with bank reconciliations and the organization of financial documents; • Support HR operational activities; • Ensure the organization and upkeep of administrative and financial records; • Support hiring and offboarding processes by organizing documents and records; • Assist with timekeeping and calculation of benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, etc.); • Monitor payroll processes.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Administration or a related field;
- Availability for a 2-year internship contract;
- Experience with organizational tools (spreadsheets, systems);
- Basic knowledge of accounts payable and receivable;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Basic Excel skills (simple formulas and tables);
- Basic understanding of HR/personnel processes;
- Basic knowledge of ERP or financial systems;
- Basic knowledge of AI tools.
