Full Stack Engineer – Staff

• Deeply understand our customers' pain points and identify opportunities for solutions. • Positively contribute to the technical development of less senior team members. • Prioritize results over technical preferences, reinforcing team autonomy. • Develop and maintain our microservices, support decision-making and deliver results with a focus on delighting the customer. • Contribute to the development and architecture of the Intelipost platform, preparing it for the company's accelerated growth. • Build a solid foundation for agile development of new products. • Monitor system availability to anticipate potential gaps, thereby increasing the solution's reliability. • Develop scalable, sustainable systems oriented to user needs.
Job Requirements
- Experience developing web applications, primarily using the Java programming language.
- Advanced knowledge of high-scale, fault-tolerant system architecture.
- Strong experience with AWS environments.
- Experience in Full Stack development, collaborating on the frontend as well.
- Experience with distributed applications in a microservices environment.
- Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
