Sales Development Representative – SDR

• Pesquisa e mapeamento: identificar potenciais clientes (pessoas físicas e jurídicas) alinhados ao perfil ideal. • Abordagem multicanal: contatar leads via e-mail, telefone, WhatsApp e LinkedIn de forma consultiva. • Qualificação estratégica: aplicar critérios definidos pela área comercial para validar oportunidades. • Geração de interesse: despertar necessidades relacionadas aos serviços da Edidesk através de abordagem consultiva. • Agendamento de reuniões: marcar encontros qualificados para consultores de vendas. • Gestão de CRM: registrar todas interações e manter informações atualizadas no sistema. • Análise de métricas: acompanhar indicadores de prospecção (contatos, taxa de resposta, conversão). • Colaboração entre áreas: fornecer feedback constante sobre perfil de clientes e qualidade de leads. • Desenvolvimento contínuo: participar de treinamentos para aprimorar técnicas de abordagem e argumentação.

Job Requirements

  • Experiência mínima com vendas, prospecção ou atendimento ao cliente
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM
  • Perfil consultivo e capacidade de entender necessidades do cliente.
  • Persistência e resiliência para manter volume alto de abordagens.
  • Organização para gerenciar múltiplos leads simultaneamente.
  • Facilidade em construir rapport e gerar confiança rapidamente.
