• Act as key point of contact for testing and QA aspects of releases, providing testing services and coordinating with internal resources. • Develop and execute test strategies (functional, regression, integration), & test cases, Develop supporting test plans and reports. • Serve as a liaison between internal technical teams, and third-party software vendors where applicable. • Manage and prioritize testing related projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and with a focus on quality and long-term sustainability. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and potential automation of testing strategies and processes. • Ensure adherence to regulatory and data integrity standards across computerized systems. • Mentor/coach junior level test team members.

• Design and execute tests for new or modified systems according to specifications, using test automation tools or by writing test code. • Analyze results from automated tests to validate the quality of developed features and assess their impact on the system. • Mentor and guide less senior team members. • Develop manuals and help documentation for internal and external users regarding system features. • Provide clients with deliverable materials, such as project documents, maintenance records, manuals, runbooks, scripts, and other artifacts, using i4pro's internal tool. • Deliver internal and/or external training.

• Audit work is primary in coding RCM workflows and secondary responsibilities within the general RCM production teams, to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, expected system functionality usage, and departmental workflows • Partner with the Education & Development department to assist in development and implementation of education programs based on identified quality issues • Partner with colleagues to ensure all auditing needs are met • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the auditing team at both a national and regional level • Complete user and workflow audits in a timely manner, enabling department leadership to use audit data to improve and drive positive changes • Identify specific individual and department training needs, and assist in ongoing process improvement opportunities through audit analysis • Review of policy changes, and implementation of those changes, into audit process and reporting • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of department specific workflows, processes and system configuration updates, by actively partnering with RCM and coding leaders • Provide feedback to the Education and Development team regarding training materials to ensure they are updated as needed • Perform ad-hoc audits as needed • Work with cross-functional teams to improve quality and performance through process improvement initiatives • Maintain strictest confidentiality • Participate in QA meetings, and be an active player in achieving annual departmental goals • Responsible for developing and facilitating monthly reports, including content used for executive summaries • Perform audits on peers to drive continuous improvements within the QA teams • Review QA team’s backlog of work, and self-assign work as needed • Performs other duties, as assigned

• The candidate participates in the activities of Testing in all departments and business units. • This is a hands-on role that writes / reviews test scripts, executes scripts and creates summary documentation around test execution for all products and platforms. • This position will contribute to the organization’s testing strategy and be a contributor to the implementation of the strategy. • The candidate will interact with application development teams, product owners, and other business stakeholders to review requirements, identify defects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products to meet our clients’ business needs. • The candidate will create automated test scripts and be responsible for executing, metrics, and monitoring them. • Along with automation, they will focus on improving communication and collaboration that facilitate iterative improvement. • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for SaaS applications using BDD Cucumber or Playwright Framework (or anything relevant) for data operations related to our SaaS solutions. • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product owners to understand functional requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. • Perform regression testing and validate new features and enhancements. • Design and develop test automation scripts and utilize testing tools, including Selenium, to automate the testing process. • Use bug tracking system to document defects and report them to developers. • Develop and maintain documentation for test plans, test cases, and test results. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, particularly in AI and GenAI solutions, to enhance testing practices. • Design and develop tools for managing and applying quality assurance principles, such as IQ/OQ/PQ in both automated and manual. • Optimize the testing process based on metrics and analytics derived from data from past projects. • Configures and maintains all components of the testing lifecycle. • Follows established procedures for change management across applications where changes are necessary. • Creates documentation such as WIKI articles for common processes that are repeated and can be shared with others. • Prepares effort estimates for automation projects. • Perform stress and load testing on applications to ensure expected performance from the application.
