SSM Health
• Support and maintain HB revenue cycle application. • Conduct research on potential EHR solutions and make recommendations to revenue cycle end users and stakeholders. • Configure, implement, support and maintain Epic applications. • Collaborate with business operations, IT, leadership, users, and vendors. • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide end-user support. • Build application tables and reports for Epic applications. • Lead small projects with manageable risk and resource requirements. • Analyze, prioritize, and organize technical requirement specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education
- Three years’ relevant experience
- Experience in Epic builds
- Epic certified or accredited in one or more modules.
