This includes various types of data collection, analysis and computer modeling using traffic signal optimizations programs, such as SYNCHRO & WaySync, and includes other signal timing modeling tools. Implement traffic signal timing plans and monitor performance. Monitoring in the Traffic Operations Center (TOC) changing signal timing or signal timing plans. Collaborate with local agencies, law enforcement and other Internal ADOT stakeholders in the development and implementation of traffic signal timing plans. Develops and executes various Inter-governmental Agreements. Research and develop traffic signal specifications. Prepare various reports, plans, schedules and project needs.
