Role Description This is a remote position. Power Within Psychology is inviting applications for the position of Part-Time Faculty in Quantitative Aptitude to support students preparing for competitive examinations such as UGC NET (Paper 1), GATE (Part 1 - General Aptitude) and other aptitude-based assessments. The role focuses on developing students’ numerical ability, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on conceptual clarity and exam-oriented application. - Deliver structured lectures on Quantitative Aptitude topics, including: - Number System - Arithmetic (Percentage, Ratio, Profit & Loss, Time & Work) - Algebra and Basic Mathematics - Data Interpretation - Teach shortcuts, tricks, and exam-oriented approaches - Design practice questions, sectional tests, and mock assessments - Guide students on time management and accuracy improvement - Solve student doubts and ensure conceptual understanding - Collaborate with the academic team for content development and refinement Qualifications - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics / Engineering / Statistics / Related Fields Requirements - Strong command over quantitative aptitude concepts - Ability to simplify mathematical problems for non-mathematics students - Familiarity with competitive exam patterns (CUET, NET Paper 1, etc.) - Effective teaching and problem-solving skills - Prior teaching experience in aptitude for competitive exams preferred - Coaching institute experience will be an advantage - Skilled freshers with strong aptitude may also apply Benefits - Opportunity to teach diverse competitive exam aspirants - Flexible teaching schedule - Academic collaboration with a growing education platform - Performance-based remuneration

The Team: Upstart’s Servicing Analytics team plays a critical role of providing analytical capability for Upstart's servicing functions to enable data-driven decision making. We leverage our analytical and technical skills to support our partners with a multitude of services.. As the Staff Data Analyst on the Servicing Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in influencing Upstart’s success. Partnering closely with our Servicing product management, operations, engineering, and ML teams, you’ll work directly with key stakeholders, helping drive understanding, insights, decision-making, and data infrastructure relating to the development, optimization, and enhancement of our recoveries and collections strategy. You’ll contribute to key areas such as identifying areas of opportunity via business reviews with leaders and product experiments, and driving operational efficiency. This role involves conducting in-depth analyses, building business intelligence pipelines, designing A/B tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impacts.
