• Manage the complete cycle of the hiring process (taking requirements from managers, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, etc.). • Solicit and attract qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter or using the most promising sourcing methods; • Coordinate with all parties involved in the talent acquisition process (managers, technical experts, etc.) during the selection process; • Provide a guidance role in the evaluation of candidates and provide recommendations for hiring; • Collaborate closely with the Culture and Talent team to ensure the quality of the candidate and employee experience; • Contribute to the definition, evolution and deployment of the employer brand in collaboration with the marketing team; • Monitor best practices in talent acquisition in order to improve recruitment and selection processes and tools; • Perform any other related tasks.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position;
- Previous Experience recruiting and building a founding technical team at a startup
- Knowledge of IT and software development;
- Master the use of social media and the best sourcing techniques;
- Fluency in English both written and spoken;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully solicit, convince and close successful hires;
- Knowledge of an ATS system, we use Workable;
- Knowledge of common job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Basic knowledge of HR will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of the DFO tool will be considered an asset;
- Be passionate about people and their stories in order to identify the best cultural fits;
