Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Role Description We are hiring on behalf of a client for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a long-term engagement running through the end of 2026. This is a hands-on technical role that requires deep platform knowledge across ITSM, CSM, and App Engine, with a strong emphasis on advanced scripting and adherence to ServiceNow best practices. The successful candidate will work closely with platform administrators and client stakeholders to configure, develop, and evolve the ServiceNow environment throughout the engagement. Key Responsibilities - Configure and develop solutions across ITSM, CSM, and App Engine modules - Produce advanced scripting solutions on the ServiceNow platform - Share knowledge and ServiceNow leading practices with the client's internal team - Participate in sprint delivery cycles and Agile ceremonies as required - Provide technical guidance and support to platform administrators - Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with platform governance standards Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in a technical capacity - Strong working knowledge of ITSM, CSM, and App Engine - Advanced scripting skills on the ServiceNow platform - Active ServiceNow certification (CSA as a minimum) - Fluent in both Portuguese and English - Experience working with government sector clients is advantageous Requirements - Not required Benefits - Contract Duration: Immediate Start — December 2026 - Hours: 36–40 hours per week (~1,440 total hours) - Work Authorization: Not required
