Role Description We are hiring on behalf of a client for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a long-term engagement running through the end of 2026. This is a hands-on technical role that requires deep platform knowledge across ITSM, CSM, and App Engine, with a strong emphasis on advanced scripting and adherence to ServiceNow best practices. The successful candidate will work closely with platform administrators and client stakeholders to configure, develop, and evolve the ServiceNow environment throughout the engagement. Key Responsibilities - Configure and develop solutions across ITSM, CSM, and App Engine modules - Produce advanced scripting solutions on the ServiceNow platform - Share knowledge and ServiceNow leading practices with the client's internal team - Participate in sprint delivery cycles and Agile ceremonies as required - Provide technical guidance and support to platform administrators - Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with platform governance standards Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in a technical capacity - Strong working knowledge of ITSM, CSM, and App Engine - Advanced scripting skills on the ServiceNow platform - Active ServiceNow certification (CSA as a minimum) - Fluent in both Portuguese and English - Experience working with government sector clients is advantageous Requirements - Not required Benefits - Contract Duration: Immediate Start — December 2026 - Hours: 36–40 hours per week (~1,440 total hours) - Work Authorization: Not required

Role Description We are hiring on behalf of a client for an expert-level ServiceNow Technical Consultant specialising in CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM). The role spans a multi-month engagement involving configuration, client workshops, solution demonstrations, and advisory support. This is both a technical and consultative role — the candidate must be equally comfortable configuring CMDB components and advising client stakeholders on CSDM adoption and best practices. - Configure CI subscribing functionality, CMDB class structures, and CI relationship types - Set up CI lifecycle management and CI identification and reconciliation - Configure forms to include lifecycle attributes for principal CI classes - Enable lifecycle stage and status sync across Asset, CI, and IBI tables - Provide a comprehensive overview of CSDM including terminology, model, mapping, and use cases - Advise on ownership and maintenance of CSDM entities and data foundations capabilities - Lead and support client workshop sessions and solution demonstrations - Refine user stories and provide ongoing advisory support throughout the engagement Qualifications - Expert-level experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM - Hands-on configuration experience across CI classes, relationships, lifecycle management, and reconciliation - Strong understanding of Common Service Data Model principles and application - Proven experience running client workshops and presenting solution designs - Ability to operate in both a technical and advisory capacity - Work authorization required for this engagement - Active ServiceNow certification preferred How to Apply If you meet the requirements above and are open to this opportunity, please send your CV and a brief note on your availability to connect.
