Drive innovation in Generative AI through the use of large language models and prompt engineering to create cutting-edge applications. Ensure clear communication and structured problem-solving, translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for stakeholders. Engage and influence business partners and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and fostering collaboration across teams. Lead and develop talent, promoting engagement and growth within the team to build high-performing analytics and AI capabilities. Develop predictive models for churn prediction, and lead scoring aligned with workflows. Collaborate on Power BI dashboards to operationalize insights for business stakeholders.
