The Senior Proposal Manager is responsible for leading priority federal proposal efforts, managing proposal teams, and driving the development of persuasive, compliant proposal content. This role focuses on proposal execution, writing, compliance, and production, partnering closely with internal leaders and SMEs to deliver competitive submissions.
