Role The Capital Structure Analyst will be responsible for regularly entering and updating the capital structures of all EMEA-based companies in Octus’ internal systems and databases. Capital structure analysts would work closely with our credit analysts and editorial teams to build capital structures and update as companies report. Each successful candidate would own a set of capital structures that they would be responsible for maintaining. Successful candidates would have a strong understanding of debt instruments and other securities as well as a solid grasp of financial reporting complexities.
