We want someone who is passionate about our mission and who believes in the power of crypto and blockchain technology to update the financial system. We want someone who is eager to leave their mark on the world, who relishes the pressure and privilege of working with high caliber colleagues, and who actively seeks feedback to keep leveling up. You will manage the transition from initial configuration to live production, coordinating across internal teams to ensure a sophisticated, high-velocity setup that establishes the foundation for a long-term strategic partnership. - Act as the central connector between Sales, Trading, Legal, and Product to dismantle onboarding hurdles and execute high-stakes strategic initiatives. - Serve as a vital feedback loop for Product and Engineering, translating complex client requirements into scalable features that shape our long-term roadmap. - Partner with Sales to lead technical product demonstrations, positioning yourself as the definitive specialist on Coinbase’s institutional capabilities. - Act as a leader within the Account Management organisation by mentoring junior talent and institutionalising best practices to drive team-wide excellence. What we look for in you (ie. job requirements): - Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality. - 6+ years of experience managing sophisticated institutional relationships within an investment bank, fintech, or digital asset firm. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on influencing outcomes. - Ability to foster trusted and lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver results. - Understanding of risks across key functions and workflow to identify issues and concerns. - Organized and independent working style to enable you to manage your book of clients effectively. - Proven leadership experience, having served as a team lead or dedicated mentor in a high-performance environment.
