Role Description We are building something new at Lucidya - an Inside Sales function designed to move fast, win often, and reach a wider market. - Target mid-sized organisations across industries that are ready to act now. - Own and hit your yearly and quarterly revenue targets - pipeline health is your responsibility. - Run high-velocity, full-cycle sales from first outreach to signed contract, typically within 30 to 60 days. - Identify and pursue mid-market accounts that stand to gain from Lucidya's CX intelligence capabilities. - Lead discovery conversations that uncover real business pain, selling solutions, not features. - Demo the product with confidence and adapt your pitch to what matters to each buyer. - Work closely with SDRs to ensure a steady flow of quality meetings. - Forecast accurately and maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM. - Handle objections head-on and navigate procurement, legal, and stakeholder friction. - Collaborate with Customer Success on handovers that set clients up for a strong start. - Stay sharp on the market, competitors, and evolving customer expectations. Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales, with a track record of consistently hitting quota. - Thrive in a fast-moving environment; short sales cycles energise you. - Self-sufficient; can create structure where there isn't one. - Communicate clearly and credibly with business decision-makers. - Commercially aware; understand deal economics and discount dynamics. - Organised and consistent; reliable forecasts and follow-ups. - Know how to partner with SDRs; provide honest feedback and support. - Experience in CX, analytics, social listening, or AI-based platforms is a strong plus.
