• Serve as the front-line technical SEO resource across Talent.com's global properties • Advising on and implementing technical SEO, programmatic SEO, Google for Jobs optimization, structured data, crawlability, indexation, and site performance • Partner with the Partnerships team to identify manual processes ripe for automation, evaluate new AI and automation tools, and eliminate repetitive work • Build AI-powered workflows, internal tools, dashboards, and agents using platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Hex, SQL, Python, APIs, and other emerging technologies • Support user acquisition by analyzing large datasets and performance trends to identify growth opportunities

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in technical SEO, growth, digital marketing, analytics, operations, or a similar role
  • Deep hands-on technical SEO expertise — Google for Jobs, structured data (JobPosting schema), crawl optimization, indexation, sitemaps, canonicalization, and enterprise SEO best practices
  • Passionate about AI and have hands-on experience with LLMs, automation platforms, APIs, and scripting, plus tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Hex, SQL, and Python (or similar)
  • Highly analytical, builder mindset, enjoy using data to solve complex problems and building systems and processes that improve efficiency
  • Proactively identify opportunities, take initiative, and advance projects with limited direction
  • Organized, collaborative, and comfortable coordinating projects across multiple teams without formal authority
  • Experience with user acquisition, online marketplaces, job boards, or partner ecosystems is considered a strong asset
