Role Description DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior Computer and Information Systems Manager who provides senior-level oversight and strategic direction for the planning, coordination, and execution of IT systems and engineering initiatives across the TSA enterprise. In this role, the individual is responsible for managing complex information systems programs, aligning technology investments to agency mission objectives, and ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, and budget parameters. The Manager works closely with TSA CIO leadership, contracting officers, and the O&M contractor to synchronize engineering activities with operational requirements across TSA’s 24x7x365 environment. - This position leads cross-functional teams executing approximately 40 concurrent engineering projects spanning cloud migration, cybersecurity, network modernization, and enterprise application upgrades. - The Senior Computer and Information Systems Manager is accountable for resource allocation, risk identification and mitigation, and the quality of technical and programmatic deliverables. - The role requires experience translating complex technical requirements into executable plans and communicating program status, risks, and recommendations to senior Government stakeholders in both written and verbal formats. Qualifications - Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience managing large-scale IT programs in federal or enterprise environments. - Demonstrated success overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and vendor relationships. - Familiarity with FISMA compliance, DHS/TSA IT policies, and CPARS reporting requirements. - All personnel must be U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents, capable of obtaining a TSA fitness determination and PIV card access, and able to support after-hours implementations as required by the TSA operational calendar. Requirements - Successful completion of a government security screening and/or a Secret Clearance. - Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance. - Must be a U.S. Citizen.
