Role Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Management Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in organizing, maintaining, and optimizing our design project data and client information, supporting the smooth operation of our creative processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about accuracy and efficiency, with a knack for managing diverse data sets in a dynamic design environment. - Maintain and organize the company’s data systems related to design projects, clients, and suppliers. - Ensure accurate entry, updating, and management of interior design project data. - Collaborate with design and operations teams to streamline data workflows. - Generate regular reports on project statuses, inventory, and client information as required. - Support data integrity by performing regular audits and identifying discrepancies. - Assist in managing digital assets, including design files and specifications. - Facilitate communication between departments by maintaining clear and accessible data resources. Qualifications - Proven experience in data management or administrative support roles, preferably within the design or creative industries. - Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in data management software and tools such as Excel, database systems, or CRM platforms. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and data optimization. - A passion for interior design and familiarity with related terminology is a plus.
