The ideal candidate will be passionate about accuracy and efficiency, with a knack for managing diverse data sets in a dynamic design environment. - Maintain and organize the company’s data systems related to design projects, clients, and suppliers. - Ensure accurate entry, updating, and management of interior design project data. - Collaborate with design and operations teams to streamline data workflows. - Generate regular reports on project statuses, inventory, and client information as required. - Support data integrity by performing regular audits and identifying discrepancies. - Assist in managing digital assets, including design files and specifications. - Facilitate communication between departments by maintaining clear and accessible data resources.
