Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Transformers Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day This role is established to provide dedicated administrative support to the Order Execution Americas Leadership Team within Grid Technologies. This position is vital for ensuring the efficient operation and coordination of the leadership team responsible for the project execution across the Americas. The role is structured in three core areas: Executive and Team Support, Administrative Operations, and Information Management. The framework ensures comprehensive coverage of complex calendar and travel coordination, meeting and event logistics, and the professional handling of confidential documents and communications. How You’ll Make an Impact - Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation and visa processing. - Act as a professional gatekeeper, screening and directing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence to the appropriate parties. - Prepare and process expense reports for the leadership team in a timely manner - Manage complex and dynamic calendar for multiple managers - Plan and execute the logistics for leadership meetings, team workshops, and customer events, including agenda preparation, venue booking and catering. - Onboard new members o the team by coordinating necessary resources and introductions What You Bring - High School diploma or preferably a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant and can demonstrate how you have succeeded in the role. - Proven experience working within a large, global, and matrixed organization is highly desirable. - Office procedures, report writing, project coordination and event planning are some of the skillsets desired. - Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
