Vena Solutions
• Implement Vena for Financial Services customers, including data model configuration, financial templates and reports, system integrations, and automated workflows • Understand and direct banking customers on their planning and reporting use cases, such as balance sheet planning, income statement planning, and asset‑based reporting (e.g., loans, deposits, interest income) • Deliver against our customer satisfaction and utilization metrics • Lead virtual and/or onsite workshops to gather and validate business and technical requirements specific to banks and credit unions • Apply an understanding of banking terminology, financial statements, and operating models when designing and explaining solutions • Enable customers through clear, confident communication to drive adoption and maximize value from their Vena investment • Partner closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and on budget, proactively escalating risks and issues • Demonstrate a strong understanding of banking regulatory reporting requirements and how they impact financial planning, data structures, controls, and auditability. • Demonstrate a self-starter mentality when learning the product, taking a hands-on approach and asking thoughtful questions • Travel (as required) to client sites.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in financial services, software implementation, financial planning & analysis (FP&A) with a focus on banks and credit unions
- Exposure to banking or credit union environments, with familiarity in areas such as Asset Liability Management (ALM), banking assets, regulatory or management reporting, or financial planning
- Strong communication skills; asks insightful questions and demonstrates a deep understanding of customer needs to apply problem solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and present effectively with all levels in an organization
- Experience working with ERP systems, CPM tools, or reporting solutions used in financial institutions
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets and financial models
- Data Integration experience and exposure to ALM systems and data
- Experience or knowledge of database management (i.e. ETL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies

The Retirement Plan Advisor assists individuals in achieving a successful retirement and planning their financial future through group and individual presentations to new and existing defined contribution Government 457 plan participants. This role uses data-driven, analytical thinking to lead impactful conversations with participants, meets client service level agreements and achieves annual targets as assigned. This position will also assist the Relationship Management team in effectively establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the territory assigned. This Advisor will work with public employees in NE Ohio and must be based in this territory and able to travel as necessary. • Detailed high-level report writing on sustainable finance topics • Organizing events and project management • Working on multiple projects and ensuring deliverables are met • Preparing presentations and documents for advisory work • Developing revenue and cost models and performing due diligence • Conducting research and analysis across various sectors
