Role Description Le chargé de mission Mobilités et infrastructures multimodales intervient le plus souvent en tant que partenaire sur les projets de mobilité et au besoin, en posture de maîtrise d'ouvrage (conduite d'études voire de travaux). - Assure le suivi de grands projets ferroviaires structurants comme le contournement fret ferroviaire de l'agglomération lyonnaise (CFAL). - Participe à des démarches structurantes de mobilité comme le Service express régional métropolitain (Serm) Lyonnais. - Veille au bon avancement des études confiées à SNCF Réseau. - Participe aux actions de communication, de concertation ou d'intégration des projets au territoire. - Contribue au suivi des différentes études/démarches stratégiques de mobilité multimodale pilotées au sein du pôle. - Produit des analyses et synthèses à destination des décideurs pour éclairer les décisions stratégiques à prendre. Qualifications - Connaissances des politiques publiques dans les domaines de compétence de la DREAL. - Connaissances en matière de mobilité. - Connaissances des procédures relatives aux projets d'infrastructure (environnement, concertation). - Connaissance en matière de technique de communication. - Connaissances en matière de marchés publics. Requirements - Autonomie, sens de l'initiative, être force de proposition. - Compétences en pilotage d'études et de projets. - Compréhension des enjeux politiques et des jeux d'acteurs. - Qualités rédactionnelles et orales. - Capacité d'organisation et de gestion du temps et des priorités. About the Role: As a Project Manager supporting our Federal government client, you will be trusted to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale technical implementation effort supporting complex capital budgeting, emergency preparedness, hazard mitigation, and public safety initiatives. This role is responsible for managing a complex, multi-stakeholder project that informs the development of systems designed to improve early emergency alerting capabilities and reduce risk to communities. The Project Manager will drive project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment across technical contributors, stakeholders, and leadership while delivering high-quality, timely, and actionable outputs. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): - Lead end-to-end project management for complex planning efforts supporting emergency preparedness and risk mitigation initiatives - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budget, work plans, milestones, and deliverable timelines - Coordinate and manage inputs from diverse stakeholders, including technical experts, partner organizations, and leadership - Plan, facilitate, and document stakeholder engagements such as interviews, workshops, and working sessions - Organize and manage workstreams and tasking across contributors, ensuring alignment and accountability - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep efforts on track - Drive the development of major deliverables, including budget, technical plans, reports, and supporting documentation - Synthesize complex technical and stakeholder input into clear, actionable, and well-structured outputs - Provide regular status reporting on progress, risks, and performance to program leadership - Ensure adherence to project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Support coordination of budgeting inputs, resource planning, and level-of-effort tracking as needed - Carry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and Thrive Carry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and Thrive Location: You will work as part of a dynamic team remotely.
