Job and Area Overview Provide hands-on support for successful opportunity management within the growing IQVIA Patient Centered Solutions Implementation (PCSI) GTM team. PCSI solutions optimize patient experience data collection in clinical trials, focusing on the implementation and management of solutions that measure, analyze and improve patient experience in trials, and support drug regulatory approval. Key Functions - Support triage process with initial report review, monitoring of mailbox and information collation and status updates for PCSI opportunities; acting as deputy to triage lead - Coordinate PCSI opportunity BD strategy calls - Ensure GTM team have right information for, and deliver, quality proposals on time, assisting with content where required/applicable to aid completion - Enforce and maintain proposal library to increase GTM knowledge base of indications and COA nuances in collaboration with PCSI GTM and Project teams to help inform content for proposals and tracking of existing opportunities and pricing - Assist with budget and proposal text development - Coordinate change order log and drive assignment and development of supporting budget, proposal and contracting process liaising with required teams through to completion - Regularly review market analysis of drug and study pipeline for potential high priority compounds/companies to inform CI feeds and targeting activity - Support GTM team strengthening collaborations with IQVIA stakeholder teams and coordination of meetings, updates, collateral etc - Support with maintenance of sales pipeline updates on Salesforce and reporting - Assist with evolution of triage/opportunity trackers to ensure scalable and easy to maintain - Assist with building processes and collateral for additional services as we scale - Work with GTM and Operations teams to ensure the right processes are in place and adhered to for effective handover of won projects to facilitate a smooth start up. Takes applications, conducts preliminary underwriting reviews, submits loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval. Follows-up to ensure that documents required for processing, underwriting, and closing are secured in a timely manner from appropriate sources. Incumbents are customarily and regularly engaged in making and soliciting loan sales and conducting sales-related activities away from U.S. Bank locations. Incumbents are expected to spend at least 50% of their time conducting their activities away from U.S. Bank locations. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment.
