Role Description Les missions portent sur l'accompagnement de la mise en place et du développement en région du dispositif « France Rénov' » en tant que nouveau service public de la rénovation de l'habitat (SPRH) porté par l'État avec les collectivités locales et piloté par l'Agence Nationale de l'Habitat : - Exercer le rôle de référent régional « France Rénov' » : animation d'un réseau régional, capitalisation et diffusion de la connaissance, échanges spécifiques avec l'ANAH centrale - Effectuer une veille technique sur la rénovation énergétique et animer le réseau - Participer au déploiement régional du SPRH, notamment par l'organisation des journées régionales d'échange entre les acteurs - Suivi des demandes d'agrément Mon Accompagnateur Rénov' en région : instruction, organisation et animation des bureaux de CRHH dédiés, suivi de la cohérence des périmètres de référencement - Assurer le rôle de référent régional de lutte contre la fraude relative aux aides de l'ANAH à la rénovation énergétique, portage et mise en œuvre des dispositifs régionaux en lien avec la DREETS et les DDETSPP, l'ANAH centrale, les services instructeurs, les ECFR - Assurer le suivi et la restitution au sein du réseau régional des résultats des dispositifs de l'ANAH à partir des applicatifs nationaux dédiés (volets 1 et 2 des pactes territoriaux) Vous êtes placé(e) sous la responsabilité hiérarchique directe du chef du pôle habitat construction et de son adjointe (A+), travail en relation avec le poste de chargé(e) de mission amélioration de l'habitat privé et la chargée d'assistance technique et budgétaire. • Support the Director of Project Management in managing new and existing client relationships, driving revenue through new work generation and contract renewals. • Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities; partner with senior leadership to promote Turner & Townsend across the U.S. • Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients, including diversification into emerging markets. • Prepare and deliver client presentations, including technical topics related to civil engineering and data center development. • Serve as the civil engineering subject-matter expert (SME) for data center development projects, ensuring technical quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with client standards. • Lead and oversee civil engineering design efforts, including site due diligence, site test fits, grading, utilities, stormwater, roadway improvements, and municipal coordination. • Manage a team of engineering consultants, reviewing and approving engineering plans, specifications, schedules, and design deliverables. • Monitor project progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and proactively identify risks, material requirements, and mitigation strategies. • Provide technical guidance during construction activities and support the Innovation & Engineering team on complex design matters. • Lead a small project management team responsible for planning and executing infrastructure projects across corporate campus environments (utilities, roadways, bike paths, intersections, transit, etc.). • Provide program-level oversight of a portfolio of infrastructure projects, including coordination with external project managers delivering work within the district. • Liaise with municipal authorities and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and timely approvals. • Provide weekly updates on project status, staffing, risks, and key issues. • Utilize industry-standard tools to track margins, forecasts, and financial performance across commissions. • Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing and follow up on accounts receivable. • Support bid teams and lead proposal development efforts in collaboration with business generation and senior management teams. • Support the Director of PM in interviewing and selecting prospective candidates. • Provide effective line management, coaching, and mentoring to assigned staff to support their professional and career development. • Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused work environment that promotes continuous improvement and technical excellence. • Promote adoption of best practices, industry advancements, and process improvements across the team.

Role Description Le/la chargé(e) mission intervient sur le pilotage et le suivi des travaux dans le domaine de la politique de prévention des inondations : - Porter une vision globale des enjeux de la gestion des risques d'inondation. - Conduire une réflexion sur la production d'une carte nationale de l'inondation. - Expert en appui à la commission interministérielle « catastrophes naturelles ». - Préparer l'avenir et évaluer les effets du changement climatique sur les risques naturels : - Consolider les connaissances des aléas hydrauliques à court, moyen et long termes. - Piloter certains opérateurs pour le service : INRAE et Météo-France. - Intégrer les risques dans l'aménagement du territoire : - Accompagner les services déconcentrés lors de la mise en oeuvre du guide « PPRi de cours d'eau torrentiels », en cohérence avec la compétence GEMAPI. - Assurer le suivi budgétaire du bureau et sera amené(e) à participer aux autres travaux du bureau et du MTECT. Management fonctionnel : animation de réseaux, gestion de projets, animation de groupes de travail.
