Role Description Le chargé d'études planification accompagne les collectivités territoriales dans les procédures d'évolution de leurs documents d'urbanisme (PLU, carte communale) en tenant compte des différents enjeux portés par les services de l'État. Cet accompagnement se traduit par : - Élaboration de porter-à-connaissance et note d'enjeux avec l'appui des autres services de la DDTM - Rédaction d'avis de l'État - Contrôle de légalité de ces documents Il participe également aux réunions personnes publiques associées et aux réunions techniques avec les bureaux d'études et les communes. Le chargé d'études travaille en transversalité avec l'ensemble des services de la DDTM et en partenariat avec l'UDAP et la DREAL. Dans le cadre de ces missions, le chargé d'études pourra aussi être mobilisé pour l'instruction des dossiers présentés en commission départementale de la nature, des paysages et des sites (CDNPS) en lien avec les documents d'urbanisme en vigueur (SCoT, PLU) ou de dossiers d'aménagement commercial. Le pôle animation et urbanisme est constitué de 10 chargés d'études permettant d'être accompagné pour monter en compétences sur ces missions. Completes all necessary administrative tasks and documentation as required and requested to include fulfilling Freedom of Information requests. Submit detailed, factual, and complete investigation reports in a timely manner as outlined in the rabies Standard Operating Procedures for the agency. Develops advanced knowledge and understanding of the Rabies Program. In coordination with external and internal stakeholders, submits prepared specimens to Public Health Laboratory for rabies testing. Provides training of these functions to staff. Assist in the coordination and promotion of rabies low-cost vaccine clinics and educational outreach events. Assists with conducting outreach as required when rabies positive cases have been identified. Provides technical assistance and proper documentation of investigations/activities; subject to twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week on-call and call back duties on a rotational basis. Performs other duties as assigned, which include, but is not limited to attending periodic staff meetings and training. Minimum and Additional Requirements State Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma and experience in environmental health programs or radiological health. A bachelor's degree in the natural or physical sciences, mathematics, public health, engineering or a related technical field may be substituted for the required work experience. Institutions of Higher Learning must be recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. Agency Additional Requirements: You must have a valid state driver's license and ability to operate personal and state-owned vehicles. General knowledge of functions and interdependence of the public health laws, sanitation principles and practices. Must be capable of dealing effectively with the public and regulated community.
