Role Description Are you a detail-driven visual storyteller with a flair for architectural CGI? We're looking for a CGI Technician to join our Interior Design team. Someone who can bring design concepts to life through high-quality stills, 360s, panoramas, diagrams, and video content. As a key contributor, you'll work alongside our creative production team, helping to shape visual narratives that communicate design intent with precision and artistry. You'll be expected to operate independently, manage your time and files effectively, and contribute to ongoing workflows, libraries, and quality standards improvements. Only candidates currently residing in South Africa will be considered for this role. • Accurately enter and maintain provider and roster data across multiple systems • Format provider data from various source files into a defined schema • Process provider add, change, and termination requests in a timely manner • Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies • Maintain data integrity across systems • Support provider onboarding activities and readiness • Provide administrative support to provider relations, claims, and member services teams • Assist with data migration and conversion projects as needed • Respond to internal data related inquiries and requests • Follow and document standard processes to support consistency and scale • Collaborate closely with provider relations, claims, and member services teams • Participate in cross training and provide coverage as needed

• Responsible for building, launching, and scaling a high-growth NOC line of business. • Drive business development from lead generation to deal closure. • Manage hybrid global operations (onshore/offshore). • Champion the creation of new, market-disrupting service offerings. • Define the vision and roadmap for new NOC service offerings. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client feedback loops. • Lead agile development cycles for new service features and operational enhancements. • Manage and execute POCs with lighthouse customers. • Drive the selection and implementation of new, cutting-edge monitoring and automation technologies. • Achieve assigned sales targets and increasing the annual recurring revenue (ARR). • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with core sales and marketing teams. • Lead the technical and operational response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs). • Provide expert technical support during the sales cycle. • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing, agile teams (onshore/offshore).
