Senior Project Manager – Design & Construction

SIXT

• Act as the Owner’s Representative throughout all phases of design and construction • Manage multiple simultaneous projects involving various facility types • Oversee programming, design development, permitting, procurement, and construction • Ensure compliance with lease agreements, local building codes, and safety regulations • Lead negotiations and manage relationships with stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in design and construction project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera

Relocation is not provided. The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. What you’ll do: This position is responsible for managing large data center customer projects in a coordinated manner to obtain strategic benefits and consistency, managing all technical and commercial aspects of major electrical & mechanical project orders by meeting specifications and timelines for product, documentation, and quality, and to serve as the focal point for program level client and corporate interaction within harsh, hazardous, industrial and commercial applications.
