Associate Project Manager
Ulteig
• Lead small-to-medium engineering projects from initiation through close-out for CAISO/DWR/Plant SCADA/Mission Critical/Water/Wastewater. • Manage all aspects of project execution, including scope, stakeholder management, schedule, budget, and quality, within CAISO/DWR/Plant SCADA/Mission Critical/ Water/Wastewater projects. • Lead internal and external project meetings, including progress reviews and problem-solving sessions. • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies. • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. • Point person for contract negotiation and management. • Accountable for key project decision making. • Collaborate with the Project Coordinators to ensure project schedules and costs are managed and tracked to plan.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in project administration/management or a related role, preferably within an engineering or construction firm.
- Proficient understanding of project management and project controls.
- Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations) experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Planview Adaptive Work).
- CAPM certification preferred, PMP or equivalent preferred.
- Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
- Must be able to travel to the U.S. and Canada.

Eaton’s EPG CHD HQ division is currently seeking a Project Manager - North America, GEIS - Data Centers. This is a remote role for candidates currently based in the United States. Relocation is not provided. The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. What you’ll do: This position is responsible for managing large data center customer projects in a coordinated manner to obtain strategic benefits and consistency, managing all technical and commercial aspects of major electrical & mechanical project orders by meeting specifications and timelines for product, documentation, and quality, and to serve as the focal point for program level client and corporate interaction within harsh, hazardous, industrial and commercial applications.
