Role Description Apoyar la operación contable mediante registros, conciliaciones y cierres, garantizando exactitud financiera. Buscamos contador/a junior con entre uno (1) y tres (3) años de experiencia en procesos contables y financieros, con el propósito de apoyar las operaciones financieras de la organización mediante el registro y control de la información contable, contribuyendo a la exactitud de los datos financieros, el cumplimiento normativo y el fortalecimiento de los procesos internos. Misión: - Apoyar las operaciones contables diarias de la compañía mediante la gestión de registros financieros, conciliaciones, control documental y soporte en cierres contables, garantizando exactitud en la información, cumplimiento normativo y eficiencia en los procesos financieros. Funciones: - Ejecutar el registro y conciliación de transacciones contables mediante ERP y herramientas financieras para garantizar la correcta contabilización de la información. - Realizar conciliaciones bancarias, de proveedores y clientes mediante el análisis de saldos y movimientos para asegurar exactitud en los registros contables. - Apoyar el proceso de cierre contable mensual y anual mediante la preparación de reportes y ajustes contables para cumplir los tiempos establecidos. - Mantener organizada la documentación financiera garantizando el cumplimiento de auditorías y normativas contables vigentes. - Apoyar a diferentes departamentos en la resolución de inconsistencias contables para asegurar claridad y precisión en la información financiera. Qualifications - Profesional en contaduría pública. Requirements - Excel intermedio o avanzado. - Manejo de Google Sheets. - Experiencia en QuickBooks. - Manejo de ERP o sistemas contables. - Inglés nivel B2. - Conocimientos básicos en normativa contable y tributaria colombiana. Benefits - Salario: hasta $4.800.000 + prestaciones. - Contrato indefinido. - Horario: lunes a viernes de 7:00 am a 5:00 pm. - Lugar de trabajo: Sabaneta. Experience in real estate, insurance, inspection, construction or appraising experience is a plus, but all interested candidates are encouraged to submit their qualifications. A 15 hour online training course can get you certified. Fees are negotiable depending on experience and the unique aspects of selected jobs. You will be responsible to schedule and conduct both site-based and virtual High Value Home property surveys that will be used for homeowners’ insurance purposes.
