Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years’ experience in B2B sales, channel management, or partner development (SaaS or UCaaS preferred).
- Proven ability to recruit and activate partners that deliver measurable MRR.
- Strong understanding of MSP, VAR, or IT consulting business models.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
- Analytical, structured, and data-driven approach to territory and account management.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs.
