• Recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners (MSPs, System Integrators, and IT Consultants), managing the full partner acquisition lifecycle from prospecting through successful launch. • Drive partner activation by delivering enablement sessions, business planning workshops, and hands-on support to accelerate first deals and recurring revenue growth. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners at all levels, including C-suite stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities through joint business planning and regular performance reviews. • Develop and execute partner go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, and Technical Enablement teams to maximize partner success and market expansion. • Manage partner pipeline, sales activities, and forecasting through Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and providing regular updates on recruitment, activation, pipeline, and revenue performance. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to continuously improve partner programs, contribute to regional growth initiatives, and implement scalable best practices across the business. • Consistently achieve and exceed partner recruitment, activation, MRR, and sales targets while executing against agreed KPIs and development objectives.
• Work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions • Develop and maintain integrations and extensions for SAP Business One (SAP B1) • Support key finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting) and improve related workflows • Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations with third-party systems and the SAP B1 Service Layer • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across SAP and integrated applications • Contribute to automation and optimization of accounting and month-end closing processes • Collaborate with the team to improve systems, processes, and internal user experience.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales technical implementation for pilot and full deployments across US retail stores • Assist with VoIP system configuration and DECT network setup across the Wildix / x-hoppers stack • Collaborate with project delivery and engineering teams on technical validation and remote diagnostics • Perform structured network checks, assess PoE and internet readiness, and help onboard new locations • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams via ticketing, email, and real-time communication platforms • Liaise with third-party installation partners and help ensure quality standards are met • Document recurring issues and contribute to internal support and training materials • Support remote access configuration and ensure systems are online and monitorable • Travel occasionally for site visits during pilot rollouts and escalated support cases
• Develop and support core application services: Build, test, and debug backend features. • Integrate with enterprise platforms: Build and maintain secure integrations with Salesforce, SAP B1 Service Layer, payment processors (Stripe), and tax/VAT engines (SureTax). • Work on Serverless AWS infrastructure: Develop and deploy serverless event-driven applications on AWS using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, Route53, and AppConfig. • Optimize Performance & Security: Enhance API latency, build robust caching strategies with Redis/ElastiCache, and protect system integrity through secure token-based and scope-based authorization. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Customer Care, SAP, CRM, SRE, Sales, Marketing, CLASSOUND, and Accounting teams to build requested features and troubleshoot integration bottlenecks. • Maintain documentation: Write and update API specifications and system design diagrams for seamless team collaboration.
• Retaining existing clients, measurable through Gained Partner Business • Actively working with partners providing a high-level of customer service to ensure the growth of their revenues through Wildix product • Sending out regular communication about relevant products and services that may benefit their business • Being the primary contact for approximately 20 of our existing accounts, responding to their quote and information requests • Increasing MRR • Providing product demonstrations to Partners' Prospects • Conducting high-level conversations with C-Level and VP - Level Executives to address business needs • Working closely with internal teams to drive customer feedback and improve products • Utilizing Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates • Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions • Traveling regularly for business needs

• Configure, maintain, and optimize AI bots, AI assistants, and conversational workflows. • Integrate AI systems with CRM platforms, telephony systems, and internal tools. • Support the rollout of AI automation initiatives across multiple departments. • Monitor AI assistant performance and continuously improve outputs and workflows. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities. • Assist teams in adopting AI-enabled operational processes. • Document workflows, configurations, and best practices. • Troubleshoot AI workflow issues and coordinate with technical teams when needed. • Help expand automation coverage and reduce repetitive manual activities. • Contribute to operational efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
• Prepare and submit high volumes of porting orders and DID (Direct Inward Dialing) requests to carriers with high accuracy • Work with carrier portals and internal systems to manage porting requests and ensure data integrity • Review and validate documentation such as Letters of Authorisations and invoices to ensure compliance with carrier requirements • Take ownership of the end-to-end porting process and proactively resolve issues that may arise • Provide timely status updates and respond to partner inquiries in a professional and efficient manner • Identify and escalate recurring issues with carriers to ensure prompt resolution • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer cases • Maintain and update documentation related to porting processes and best practices
• Work closely with admins, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. • Conduct technical analysis to define scalable, feasible solutions that align with business objectives. • Build and maintain high-performing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and Triggers. • Ensure smooth deployments using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DevOps best practices. • Identify, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance performance. • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve the system.
• Cultivate and manage channel partner relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve MRR objectives • Provide end-to-end account management, ensuring partners receive the support and resources needed for success • Offer sales coaching and support, executing aligned sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth • Continually develop, enhance, and execute Territory Plans to maximize market penetration and partner performance • Facilitate co-op marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive partner engagement and revenue • Identify areas of improvement for partners through gap and SWOT analysis, coordinating resolution activities such as training sessions and cross-departmental consultations • Monitor and support partner sales activities, including pipeline management and co-op sales processes • Traveling regularly for business needs
