Technical CRM Campaign Manager

Automation Intelligence

• Technical implementation and management of CRM campaigns in tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or comparable ESPs • Building and automating workflows, journeys, and triggered campaigns • Segmenting target audiences and maintaining data models (e.g., Data Extensions in SFMC) • Integrating and connecting data sources (API, SQL, ETL processes) • Creating and maintaining dynamic templates (HTML, AMPscript, Liquid, etc.) • Testing, QA, and monitoring of campaigns (including reporting & troubleshooting) • Close collaboration with Data, Creative, and Project Management to deliver holistic CRM projects

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with common ESPs, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar platforms
  • Technical understanding of data structures, segmentation, and interfaces
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one scripting/template language (e.g., AMPscript, Liquid, Velocity)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates
  • Analytical and structured working style with a strong quality focus
  • Very good German and English skills
