You will manage multiple client accounts in an agency-style environment, with a strong focus on generating high-quality leads. This role is for you if you thrive on execution, enjoy solving performance problems, and take pride in running effective paid search programs at scale. We hire humans, not job descriptions. What you’ll do - Strategy & Performance: Create and present effective SEM strategies that drive results for clients - Campaign Execution: Own daily account management, optimization, and troubleshooting, including setting up campaigns, GTM, conversion tagging, and negative keywords. - Lead Quality Control: Implement and maintain conversion tracking (calls, forms, offline conversions). Rigorously control lead quality through match types, negatives, audience layering, landing page alignment, and bid strategy selection. - Creative: Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy, headlines, and descriptions aligned with client goals and landing pages. - Reporting & Measurement: Build and maintain clear performance reporting using Looker Studio. Monitor core KPIs and proactively define action plans for optimization based on data. - Client & Internal Communication: Act as the primary client-facing expert, translating complex performance data into clear, non-technical explanations. Manage expectations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign operations. - Process & Automation: Utilize automation and AI tools to speed up workflows, optimize processes, and ensure efficient onboarding. Use project management tools (ClickUp, Google) to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines across accounts. Requirements - 3–5 years in a client-facing SEM / Google Ads role. - Deep expertise in Google Ads lead generation (phone calls & form fills). - Experience building Looker Studio reports for clients - Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency or portfolio environment. - Strong understanding of: - Account structure, intent mapping, and performance diagnostics. - Conversion tracking and lead quality control mechanisms (match types, negatives, audiences). - Budget pacing and optimization. - Proficiency managing Meta Ads - Comfortable operating with structured workflows, SOPs, and dashboards. - Proactive mindset - identifying and addressing issues before they impact clients. - Strong prioritization skills and comfort with managing multiple projects. - AI and automation savvy; experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools is preferred.
