• Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals, market opportunities, and revenue targets. • Own and evolve the roadmap across key product areas including grower workflows, data capabilities, and platform services. • Identify opportunities to expand platform capabilities through analytics, integrations, APIs, and data-driven features. • Conduct customer discovery with growers, agronomists, and agricultural partners to deeply understand operational workflows and unmet needs. • Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. • Translate complex agricultural workflows and data insights into intuitive digital experiences. • Lead product development from discovery through delivery. • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics. • Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product releases. • Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, strategic value, and technical feasibility. • Drive development of scalable platform capabilities, including data ingestion, analytics, APIs, and integrations. • Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure data reliability, performance, and scalability. • Define and track product KPIs and usage metrics to guide continuous improvement. • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure product initiatives support go-to-market strategy and revenue growth. • Contribute to the pricing, packaging, and commercialization of advanced product capabilities. • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and performance insights to stakeholders • Joint ownership of "compliance" - the intersection of label data, product usage (application workflows), and external reporting requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Agriculture, Agronomy, Engineering, or related discipline)
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and launching complex products with data platforms, APIs, and SaaS analytics
- Strong technical fluency (data pipelines, cloud systems)
- Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering and data science teams
- A background in IoT, geospatial, ML, or AgTech is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Overview The Product Manager serves as a central leader within Lakeview MSR’s General Operations division, overseeing vendor data intakes, the health of incoming and internal data, and the systems and workflows that depend on this information. The Product Manager leads a team of Process Monitoring Specialists and partners closely with the Technology group, the Optimization Team, and peer Product Managers to deliver scalable, high-quality data capabilities. This role is fully remote anywhere in the United States. Compensation range $115,000 to $133,000 in base pay, with bonus potential based on experience and location.
