QA Analyst – Digital & E-Commerce

• Conduct daily end-to-end QA sweeps across both brand storefronts, covering every page and user flow on desktop and mobile. • Test and validate all email campaigns and automation flows, ensuring link integrity and consistent rendering across devices. • Audit embedded apps, third-party integrations, and checkout experiences regularly to ensure seamless functionality and performance. • Perform regression testing following every deployment or site update to prevent breakages and maintain stability. • Log, prioritize, and communicate bugs with clear severity levels and quantified revenue impact. • Deliver structured weekly QA reports to leadership, highlighting key issues, trends, and risk areas. • Maintain and continuously evolve a comprehensive QA checklist, while proactively flagging inconsistencies in pricing, copy, imagery, and overall user experience.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of QA experience on e-commerce websites, with Shopify preferred.
  • Hands-on experience testing email platforms, including validation of links, tracking, and cross-device rendering.
  • Exceptional attention to detail across pricing, copy, UX, and visual consistency.
  • Clear and precise written English, with the ability to produce actionable and unambiguous reports.
  • Comfortable working in async environments with structured daily output and high accountability.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with Shopify apps, subscription tools, and review platforms.
  • Nice to have: Basic understanding of UTM parameters, tracking links, and experience using browser dev tools and screen recording for bug documentation.

Essential Functions: - Work closely with Planners, Program Quality Engineers, and Receiving Inspection to resolve supplier issues. - Visit suppliers and perform product acceptance of electrical assemblies. Interface with internal and external customers; i.e., engineering, manufacturing, supplier, procurement to ensure requirements are met. Analyze supplier processes and planning to verify compliance with purchase orders, engineering drawings, processes, specifications, etc. Work with suppliers to resolve issues with purchase order inspection packages.
