The Expert Policy Quality Enablement role supports Delta Dental's quality outcomes and accurate payment practices through effective policy development, governance, and quality assurance. The role coordinates and supports change management and policy enablement by working closely with clinical experts, business leaders, delivery partners, and operational stakeholders. Operating in a complex, matrixed environment, the manager drives operational excellence by facilitating cross functional collaboration, monitoring timelines, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements.
