Job Description

Growth Specialist – Amazon Ads

Paired

- Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. - Strengthen Amazon PDPs (SEO, bullets, imagery, pricing, variations). - Participate in strategy + execution for Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD campaigns), bid optimization, keyword harvesting, and catalog troubleshooting. - Conduct structured A/B testing across landing pages, ads, and Amazon listings. - Manage Google Ads (PMax, Search, Shopping) including feed optimization, query filtering, and creative testing. - Identify and monitor KPIs in order to take proactive action and improve performance. - Work with CRO & UX resources to improve conversion through messaging and page flow. - Identify scalability opportunities and new audiences. - Guide creative strategy for performance-driven ad concepts. - Work with customer retention team on subscription plans and execution - Identify threats (competition, rising CPCs, listing issues) and propose solutions

Job Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience.
  • 5+ years managing Google Ads and/or Amazon Ads at scale.
  • Proven track record improving conversion rates, lowering CPA, and scaling profitable campaigns.
  • Strong analytical background and familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo, and feed tools.
  • Experience with A/B tests and CRO.
  • Able to guide creative direction, not responsible for design output.
