AI Enablement Lead

• Partners with leaders across non-engineering functions to assess workflows, identify high-value AI and automation opportunities, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment • Designs AI-enabled workflow approaches that integrate with enterprise systems, data sources, and approved tooling environments, with clear requirements for implementation teams • Translates prioritized use cases into implementation-ready materials, including workflow definitions, process maps, requirements, data considerations, and acceptance criteria • Supports alignment of cross-functional AI initiatives with enterprise governance, privacy, security, confidentiality, and compliance requirements in partnership with relevant stakeholders • Leads targeted enablement and change adoption efforts within business functions to improve effective, sustained use of AI-enabled workflows • Documents repeatable patterns, standards, and playbooks that improve the scalability and consistency of AI enablement across departments

Job Requirements

  • Significant experience in technology, consulting, solutions architecture, technical program management, product management, or a related field
  • Experience leading cross-functional transformation, workflow improvement, or technology adoption initiatives across multiple business functions in a complex operating environment
  • Experience assessing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and designing scalable workflow solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate between executive, operational, and technical audiences
  • Experience working within enterprise environments with established governance, privacy, security, and compliance expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to define measures of success and use data to evaluate outcomes and drive accountability

Role Description The Senior Director, AI Systems will serve as the strategic and technical cornerstone of our Core AI Agentic Development Team.
