Customer Event & Benefit Educator Fulfillment Supervisor

• Drive successful customer event delivery by serving as the primary point of contact between the Support Resolution Center and Customer Event Operations. • Lead, coach, and develop Benefit Education Leads to consistently deliver high-quality customer event support and positive experiences. • Balance people leadership with hands-on execution by actively performing Benefit Education Lead work and modeling best practices. • Ensure end-to-end coordination of customer events, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and clear stakeholder communication. • Strengthen operational alignment by partnering with internal teams and contributing to the ongoing evolution of the Salesforce Field Service Tool. • Collaborate closely with sales, account teams, producers, vendors, and matrix partners to support seamless customer-facing events. • Optimize team capacity by planning workloads, aligning resources, and supporting volume shifts across SRC workstreams. • Resolve complex or non-routine event challenges by escalating thoughtfully and partnering with SRC leadership when needed. • Promote consistent standards by ensuring adherence to customer event guidelines, timelines, and service expectations. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, coordination, and processes that support scalability and efficiency. • Support reporting and tracking to provide visibility into customer event activity, outcomes, and trends. • Champion accountability, quality, and continuous improvement across customer event support.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer event coordination, benefit education, customer engagement, or a related operational support role.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or peer leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to lead through influence while also executing work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success collaborating within a highly matrixed organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and serve as a central coordination and escalation partner.

Role Description As part of our growing European organization, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, Regional Congresses & Events, Europe, reporting to the VP, Commercial & Market Development, Europe. This role is critical in shaping and delivering RevMed’s presence at key European congresses, as well as leading the strategy and execution of internal events across the region. The role connects strategic priorities with flawless execution, working in close partnership with Regional and Global Marketing, Medical, and cross-functional stakeholders, as well as external vendors and European affiliates. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in congress strategy and execution, strong project management capabilities, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, compliant, and differentiated congress and event experiences aligned with RevMed’s goals. Key Responsibilities include: - Lead the strategic planning and end-to-end execution of RevMed’s regional and international congress and events plan, aligned with portfolio priorities and European objectives. - Own the full congress lifecycle, from annual planning through execution and post-event evaluation. - Serve as the primary point of contact for congress activities, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Compliance) to align on objectives and deliver impactful engagements. - Drive cross-functional planning processes, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and communication frameworks. - Oversee all aspects of congress delivery, including exhibit strategy, booth experience, attendee engagement, vendor and agency management, and on-site operations. - Manage event logistics end-to-end, including registration, accommodation, hospitality, and venue coordination. - Develop and manage congress budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and optimal resource allocation. - Support Medical Affairs in the logistical execution of symposia and investigator meetings. - Integrate congress activities into broader omnichannel engagement strategies to enhance stakeholder experience and impact. - Identify and implement innovative, scalable, and sustainable approaches to elevate congress presence and engagement. - Lead vendor and agency partnerships, including selection, scope definition, performance management, and continuous improvement. - Support booth staffing, training materials, and coordination of on-site teams (virtual and in-person). - Drive post-congress activities, including debriefs, performance tracking, insights generation, and continuous improvement. - Provide guidance and support to country teams on national congresses and key events. - Ensure all activities comply with RevMed policies, industry codes, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. - Lead planning and execution of internal events, including attendee coordination and alignment with business priorities. - Oversee development of event materials, briefing documents, and post-congress reports. - Ensure effective tracking of deliverables, budgets, documentation, and issue resolution. - Support transparency reporting and proper documentation of HCP interactions. - Act as a role model for RevMed’s values in all aspects of congress and event delivery. - Willingness and ability to travel internationally to support congresses and events, as required. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience. - 12+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. - 5+ years’ experience in global congress strategy and operations. - Significant experience leading end-to-end planning and execution of congresses and large-scale events within the biotech industry. - Strong knowledge of global healthcare compliance frameworks and their application to congress and event activities. - Solid financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget planning, forecasting, and cost management for complex events. - Proven ability to lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities and timelines with strong attention to detail. - Experience managing external vendors and agencies, including contract negotiation, scope definition, and performance oversight. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with event management and registration platforms preferred.
