Chatbot Developer

Robbu - Business Communication Solutions

• Develop, implement, and maintain chatbots using low-code platforms. • Integrate chatbots with internal and external systems via REST APIs. • Execute SQL queries to analyze chatbot flow behavior and required integrations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate those requirements into automated solutions. • Monitor and optimize chatbot performance to ensure an efficient and satisfying user experience. • Provide technical support and perform continuous maintenance of chatbots in production.

Job Requirements

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs (for execution/runtime use).
  • Familiarity with SQL queries for data extraction and analysis of chatbot flow behavior and integrations.
  • Understanding of flowcharts.
  • Understanding of programming logic (in any language).
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a technology-related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
