• Conduct cold calling and high-volume outbound prospecting • Handle inbound inquiries and follow-ups • Send quotes and estimates to prospective clients • Schedule qualified appointments for the closer • Maintain consistent communication with leads via phone and email • Support overall sales pipeline management • Consistently track and follow up with prospects

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in cold calling and/or outbound sales
  • Proven cold calling experience (A must)
  • Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales workflows
  • C1 or C2 English Proficiency (A must)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
  • Experience in high-volume outbound sales (insurance, etc.) (Nice to have)
  • Background in insurance or similar industries (Nice to have)
  • Experience learning and handling quoting processes (Nice to have)
