Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Writer to join our team for the production of many Reelshort Mobisode Series with Elastic Heart Studio. As the Writer, you will be responsible for working with the Head of Studio and Head Writer to conceptualize projects and create 60-80 approximate one-minute-long episodes per project. This role requires a strong creative vision, time management skills, a genuine love for romance and romance in media, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals. Responsibilities: Production: - Travel (when necessary) to help facilitate productions. This includes being on set for 12+ hours/day, sometimes on weekends. Creative: - Collaborate with writers, directors, and other creative team members to develop compelling storylines, characters, and themes for the series. - Provide creative feedback and guidance throughout the production process to maintain artistic integrity and alignment with the series' vision. - Ensure that each episode maintains consistent quality and adheres to brand standards. - Reads source material (monthly) for projects. - Write 1 ReelShort or interactive live action every 4 weeks. Work with Head Writer to implement creative feedback that adheres to our style and mission. Team Leadership: - Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where team members feel motivated and empowered to excel. - ​​Be responsive to messages over DingTalk during work hours (9:30 am - 5:30 pm PST) - Attend weekly team meeting - Attend weekly meetings with Head of Studio and other leadership - Attend any creative brainstorming or workshop meetings Quality Assurance: - Maintain the overall creative vision and quality standards of Elastic Heart Studio projects. Miscellaneous: - Must be able to sit at a computer and focus for extended periods of time, with breaks as needed - This role will require flexibility and a willingness to take on new projects on short notice

• Write original news articles in German, focusing on celebrity and pop-culture topics; • Proofread and polish articles in German, ensuring grammatical accuracy, natural flow, and editorial consistency; • Translate and localize short social-media posts from English into German, preserving native style and tone; • Use DeepL, AI-assisted tools, and CMS platforms to support translation, editing, and quality enhancement at scale.

• Lead and support proposal development for federal, state, and local opportunities • Turn technical and operational input into clear, compelling, and compliant proposals • Ensure alignment with RFP/RFQ requirements and evaluation criteria • Collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams • Help strengthen our proposal processes, content library, and win strategy

• Identify trends impeding academic success. • Conduct targeted outreach and provide instruction to target groups and individuals. • Build capable learners, confident in their ability to succeed academically and in life. • Support students through posts/announcements, emails, occasional one-on-one virtual meetings, and videos. • Communicate regularly with students regarding their participation and performance, and carrying out outreach efforts to ensure effective instruction and mentoring throughout the course.
