• Estruturar, revisar e evoluir processos operacionais e fluxos de trabalho relacionados à gestão de projetos e operações de CRM; • Apoiar a implementação e sustentação de práticas de governança (rituais, templates, playbooks, procedimentos, controles e documentação); • Garantir a padronização de processos entre diferentes squads e áreas envolvidas (planejamento, CS, criação, BI, delivery e tecnologia); • Atuar no acompanhamento de indicadores operacionais (SLA, throughput, lead time, capacity, retrabalho, entre outros); • Apoiar o controle, organização e priorização do backlog de projetos e demandas; • Mapear oportunidades de melhoria contínua, propondo ajustes em processos, fluxos e rotinas operacionais; • Apoiar a gestão de riscos, dependências e desvios operacionais; • Atuar na organização e evolução de jornadas e fluxos de comunicação (CRM e experiência do cliente); • Apoiar a implementação e evolução de ferramentas de gestão e automação de processos e projetos (ex.: Taskrow, Jira, Pipefy, Hubspot ou similares); • Estruturar e acompanhar reports operacionais e executivos, garantindo visibilidade e suporte à tomada de decisão; • Facilitar a comunicação entre áreas e atuar como ponto de conexão entre times internos e interface com clientes.
• Support the creation of copy for CRM channels (email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp); • Participate in building and evolving communication journeys focused on customer experience; • Collaborate with design, planning, and data teams to develop more effective messaging; • Edit and review content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand tone of voice; • Support A/B copy tests and performance analysis; • Contribute ideas and continuous improvements to communications and experiences; • Pay close attention to detail and ensure high-quality deliverables; • Continuously learn and grow within a collaborative, data-driven environment.
• Conduct business assessments to identify opportunities for AI adoption • Work in tandem with an AI Solution Engineer to define technical solutions • Translate business problems into AI-based solutions (LLMs, automation, data) • Define scope, conceptual architecture, and value proposition for the client • Prepare commercial proposals and executive presentations • Serve as the primary interface with stakeholders during the discovery phase • Execute a structured handover to the development team after approval • Monitor trends and identify new strategic opportunities
• Lead two squads: one focused on products and the other on AI services • Define and prioritize the backlog based on business impact and technical feasibility • Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams • Work closely with engineers and designers to continuously deliver value • Define the AI product roadmap and monitor success metrics • Ensure the quality, scalability, and strategic alignment of solutions • Act as a bridge between stakeholders, clients, and technical teams

• Support the Business Unit team • Project management support: prepare presentations, organize agendas and meetings with key partners and stakeholders, monitor tasks and resolve issues with project team members • Performance management: monitor and report area KPIs, identify root causes and define action plans (monthly) • Data collection and analysis: establish data workflows, update dashboards, develop analyses and recommendations • Relevant experience and skills • Strong organizational skills and analytical/logical thinking • Build and maintain a cross-functional network and operate effectively in fast-paced, unstructured environments
