Overview Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking a full-time Compliance & Credentialing Specialist. This work-from-home position is responsible for carrying out various day-to-day responsibilities that support the team with credentialing and compliance initiatives. This individual will evaluate, analyze, and coordinate all aspects of the credentialing process for healthcare providers. They will also help to lead all aspects of the security and background check processes with candidates via remote correspondence. We strongly desire previous experience navigating federal background investigation requirements, and particularly the requirements of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Ansible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own. Responsibilities - Coordinates and reviews provider files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations, guidelines, policies, and standards. - Monitors provider files to ensure completeness and accuracy. - Conducts research on updated state and federal regulations and policies. - Coordinates and reviews provider security and background check documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations, guidelines, policies, and standards. - Prepares, issues, electronically tracks and follows-up on appropriate verifications with providers as related to the security process. - Prepares and provides information to internal and external customers, as appropriate. - Enters, updates, and maintains data from provider files into credentialing database in accordance with internal policies and procedures. - Prepares, issues, electronically tracks and follows-up on appropriate verifications with providers. - Participates in the development and implementation of process improvements related to credentialing and compliance. - Prepares and analyzes reports and data and can clearly communicate findings and results. - Communicates clearly with providers and their liaisons to provide timely responses upon request on day-to-day credentialing and privileging matters that arise. - Supports multiple team members and projects simultaneously and prioritizes in a fast-paced environment. - Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications - Must have a minimum of 5 years of credentialing experience. - Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred. - Prior government contracting experience strongly preferred. - Eligible to work in the United States. - Highly developed oral and written communication skills. - Highly organized and strong time management skills. - Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multitask. - Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner. This position is responsible for work of considerable difficulty and implementation of the Quality Assurance program within the CCSD to ensure correct application and interpretation of federal and state quality and compliance requirements.
