Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative support
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant is preferred
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or similar service-based industries is a strong advantage
- Experience in payroll support or familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP) is an advantage
- Experience with ADP systems is preferred
- Comfortable learning and using platforms such as CareerPlug

- Strong experience in interview coordination and recruitment processes
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail, especially for data entry and interview documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
