Summary The Sr. Sales Representative is responsible for the generation and cultivation of potential clients for the Caliber Service Management team, focusing on landscaping, snow removal, construction, and other exterior property services. This role is primarily concerned with new business development in the DMV region, which is currently served by Caliber, but a larger market opportunity expansion exists. The Sr. Sales Representative will generate new leads and then coordinate with Sales Operations, Estimation, Procurement, and Compliance to reach the award stage, at which point the client relationship is managed by a Caliber Account Manager designated by sales leadership. This is a full-time, remote position with client / prospect related travel across the DMV Region and occasional travel to meet with core team members in the Exton, PA Caliber Headquarters office. This role reports to the VP – Head of Regional & Indirect Sales. Responsibilities - Create pipeline of potential clients through outreach, cold calling and engagement including networking, trade show attendance, campaigning, and membership in industry-related associations. - Work with manager to strategically target potential clients within the sales territory - Work with Marketing to identify business opportunities and develop effective means of outreach, cold calls, campaigns and nurturing to qualify. - Document calls, emails, schedule, and all communication within CRM (HubSpot) in accordance with standards - Attend (virtually or in-person) recurring meetings with Caliber Sales team to report activity and collaborate on strategic team pursuits - Report on weekly activity (lead, contacts, stages, and opportunity statuses) - Work with Sales and Estimating Team on new qualified opportunities to ensure a seamless estimating process and compliant, comprehensive submission of bid response. Follow up and win business opportunity. - Work with Ashley Fantasia, VP of Sales Operations & Transitions to onboard new contracts when awarded to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients. Skills - Excellent verbal, written, and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with the entire Sales department. - Must be productive in a deadline driven work environment. - Proven ability to adapt and be flexible to change. - Ability to learn and utilize CRM software - Proficiency with relationship development and selling techniques. Qualifications - High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. - 5+ years of sales and business development experience preferred. - General understanding of the facilities service industry
