Job Requirements
- Commercial Sales and Client Management
- Lead and manage the full commercial sales lifecycle from initial enquiry through to contract award and handover.
- Drive client engagement, solution positioning, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations to secure new business.
- Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities across key sectors (SMEs, corporates, and public sector).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, developers, architects, and engineers.
- Solution Development
- Oversee technical assessments and client consultations in collaboration with the engineering team to ensure solutions are both technically robust and commercially viable.
- Undertake preliminary basic irradiance, shading, and loss factor calculations to support solution design and financial modelling
- Ensure all proposed solutions align with regulatory standards, financial models, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers/designers to develop system layouts, energy yield forecasts, and technical solutions that are aligned with regulatory and financial standards.
- Proposal, Tender and Contract Management
- Lead the development and delivery of high-quality proposals, tenders, and commercial offers in collaboration with sales engineering and pre-construction teams.
- Take ownership of commercial negotiations, contracts, and agreements, working closely with legal, procurement, and operations.
- Advise and support clients in evaluating ROI and accessing relevant financial incentives and grant opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring and Strategy
- Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities, forecasts, and conversion rates via CRM systems.
- Report on sales performance, pipeline health, and key account activity.
- Provide market insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and pricing strategy to support business growth.

- Qualifications:
- A degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Environmental Science, or a related discipline is essential. A master’s qualification is desirable.
- Additional qualifications in business, sales, or project management are desirable.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies is essential; knowledge of solar PV systems is an advantage.
- Experience delivering contracts under FIDIC and/or NEC frameworks is desirable.
- Proven experience within the construction or engineering sector is essential.
- 7–10 years’ experience in technical sales or business development, ideally within renewable energy or engineering services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales lifecycle, from client engagement through to contract close.
- Experience preparing and managing tenders for public and/or large-scale private sector projects.
- Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation and working with legal and procurement teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland as required.
- Full right to work in UK.
- Flexibility to attend industry events and client engagements outside standard business hours where required.

Job Description Must be located in Kentucky A bit about this role: This is a key role in our organization. This role will require a strong understanding of Medicare Advantage quality programs, including CMS STAR measures, with the ability to work collaboratively with providers to identify and close clinical care gaps, improve quality performance, and support initiatives that enhance member outcomes and overall plan performance. Additionally, this role will be responsible for network development and management along with servicing for an assigned geographic area. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years experience in recruiting and managing provider networks along with negotiating, reviewing and amending contracts. This experience will include thorough knowledge of contracting with physicians and physician groups, integrated delivery systems, health systems, and ancillary providers using various payment methodologies including fee-for-service and value based / risk. Ideally, the candidate will possess a very high level of business acumen and be able to exhibit it both internally and externally to a wide variety of audiences.
