• Provide key corporate governance, securities laws, and corporate housekeeping support • Execute the long‑term ESG strategy • Oversee and manage the Company’s and key stakeholders’ Dutch, Belgian and U.S. securities law obligations, including compliance with reporting requirements • Further develop policies and advise on compliance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation • Advise on employee equity incentive plan • Provide support in corporate governance related matters, including developing, monitoring and implementing best-in-class and clear legal policies and practices • Coordinate global group structuring, corporate housekeeping, and corporate compliance for local entities in collaboration with external advisors • Assist with preparation of the Company’s annual reporting materials, including for annual report and general meetings • Coordinate compliance with CSRD and reporting requirements and support execution of the long - term ESG strategy • Stay current with legal/regulatory developments and best practices in the relevant areas of law

Job Requirements

  • Law degree and license to practice law in the Netherlands (preferred) or Belgium
  • Fluent in Dutch & English
  • Expert in Dutch or Belgian & EU laws and regulations applicable to listed companies and their reporting (including DCGC, MAR, Euronext listing regulations)
  • Familiarity with US laws & regulations applicable to FPIs and other ongoing listing & reporting requirements is a plus or ability to spot issues and coordinate with US local counsel on these topics
  • Affinity with or interest in the evolving ESG regulation landscape applicable to dual listed EU /US entities (including for example the CSRD, CSDD D and EU Omnibus Regulation)
  • Continued subject matter expertise training (through a post-master’s specialization (such as Grotius/VU Law academy or comparable) in a relevant area (such as corporate law, law & finance, public M&A) is desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple, conflicting priorities independently while managing a substantial workload and enjoying building relationships and partnering across the organization to get the job done
  • Strategic and pragmatic mindset, able to look ahead and anticipate issues, spot opportunities for simplification and improvement, able to evaluate legal risks against the wider business context and communicate in a simple way to diverse audiences

Key responsibilities 1. North America privacy leadership - Serve as primary privacy legal advisor for North America and Latam, partnering closely with North America corporate functions. - Own FTC compliance posture and advise on privacy risk decisions and operational execution. - Advise on HIPAA-related privacy requirements where applicable, ensuring appropriate interpretation and application within scoped use cases. - Help build and scale the program’s operational backbone, contributing to documented playbooks for core workflows, defining meaningful privacy metrics, and establishing a reporting cadence that delivers actionable visibility to leadership. 2. Commercial support and data transfers - Draft, review and negotiate privacy terms in commercial agreements (e.g., DPAs) in customer, partner/vendor agreements to enable business while managing risk. - Partner with Procurement to strengthen vendor privacy due diligence, high-risk reviews and transfer impact approaches, where applicable. 6. Regulatory monitoring - Monitor and interpret regulatory developments and enforcement trends; translate them into clear business requirements and pragmatic execution plans. - Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness to build durable compliance behaviors across North America. What will help you succeed - JD or equivalent law degree; admission to a US state bar or eligibility to register as in‑house counsel in the relevant jurisdiction. - Deep expertise in CCPA/CPRA, other US state privacy laws, HIPAA and demonstrated ability to apply it in a global technology/SaaS context. - Proven experience building or scaling privacy program components (templates, playbooks, governance, training, policies, operational workflows). - Strong experience counseling product and engineering teams on privacy and supporting pragmatic risk decisions. - Strong contracting experience (DPAs and privacy provisions) and ability to support deal velocity with clear escalation criteria. - Excellent stakeholder management; able to deliver clear, pragmatic guidance in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments. - Ability to operate autonomously, influence senior stakeholders, and make sound judgments in “grey areas” typical of fast-moving technology environments. - Excellent written and spoken English; another language a plus. Role Description RAYUS Radiology is looking for a General Extender to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment.
